Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your orderΒ before it is shipped by visiting your account/order section or contacting us via our website.
- Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return process below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- The item delivered is incorrect or missing.
- The return request is made withinΒ 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Please note: Certain items such as custom-made packaging or clearance products may not be eligible for returns.
Return Process
- Visit theΒ Contact page on our website and submit a return request with your order details and reason.
- Parcel opening video is compulsory for return and replacement requests.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, weβll initiate aΒ refund or replacement, as applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5β7 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
- If you paid viaΒ Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details will be requested upon approval).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically not eligible for return:
- Custom-printed or personalized packaging products
- Bulk orders placed on special request
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged post-delivery
