Cancellations & Returns Policy

At Packaging Kart, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to offer a seamless shopping experience, including fair and transparent cancellation and return policies.


Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your orderΒ before it is shipped by visiting your account/order section or contacting us via our website.
  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return process below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The item delivered is incorrect or missing.
  • The return request is made withinΒ 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

Please note: Certain items such as custom-made packaging or clearance products may not be eligible for returns.


Return Process

  1. Visit theΒ Contact page on our website and submit a return request with your order details and reason.
  2. Parcel opening video is compulsory for return and replacement requests.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate aΒ refund or replacement, as applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
  • If you paid viaΒ Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details will be requested upon approval).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are typically not eligible for return:

  • Custom-printed or personalized packaging products
  • Bulk orders placed on special request
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged post-delivery
