🔁 3 Days Easy Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day easy exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchange is applicable only for eligible cases (mentioned below).

❌ No Return / Refund Policy (Important)

  • We DO NOT offer refunds in general cases.
  • Once the order is delivered, money will not be returned if:
    • You received the correct product
    • Product matches the description shown on the website
    • You simply did not like the quality, design, or size

👉 We clearly showcase product details, quality, and usage in images/videos, so “change of mind” is not accepted.


🎥 Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

To claim any issue, you must provide a:

  • Clear 360° unboxing video
  • Video must start before opening the package
  • Must clearly show:
    • Sealed package
    • Opening process
    • Product condition

⚠️ Without proper unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any condition.


✅ Eligible Cases for Return / Refund

We will accept return/refund ONLY if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • Product is damaged / broken
  • Product is used / defective
  • Product is missing items / incomplete

👉 In these cases:

  • You can request replacement OR refund
  • Our team will verify your claim using the unboxing video

❌ Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

We will NOT accept requests if:

  • You didn’t like the product quality
  • Product matches website description
  • No unboxing video provided
  • Request raised after 3 days
  • Product is used/damaged by customer

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • 360° unboxing video
  3. Our team will verify and approve your request
  4. Replacement will be processed after approval

💸 Refund Process (Only for Valid Cases)

  • Refund is applicable ONLY for eligible issues
  • Refund will be processed after verification
  • It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account
